A : My artstyle and sometimes coloring style may get changed a lot, You can ask for my most recent art or check it on my TwitterQ : What is the difference between sketch and full render, it's look same to me.
A : Lineart and in-depth shading, full render has more detailed. You can see the difference below. To be honest it's up to your likeness, some prefer messy and some prefer clean but I can easily do the fix and organize on the sketch easier.
